All quotations provided by FTGS are based on the requirements discussed with the client.
Any additional features, modifications, or changes requested after project approval may require additional charges and may affect the project delivery timeline.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
A project is considered confirmed only after:
FTGS reserves the right to postpone project commencement until all required information and payments are received.
Projects generally require an advance payment before development begins.
The advance payment is typically between 40% and 60%, depending on the project scope, complexity, and mutual agreement reached during discussions with the client.
The remaining balance shall be paid according to the agreed milestone schedule or before final delivery of the completed project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
FTGS reserves the right to suspend project work if scheduled payments are delayed.
Estimated delivery dates are provided based on the information available at the time of quotation.

FTGS will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the agreed timeframe.

Delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery schedules.
Upon full payment of all agreed project fees, ownership of the completed custom-developed project will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
However, FTGS retains ownership of:
Third-party products, commercial themes, plugins, APIs, libraries, licenses, hosting accounts, and domain registrations remain subject to their respective license agreements.
Projects may involve third-party software, themes, plugins, templates, APIs, hosting services, domain providers, or licensed libraries.
FTGS is not responsible for changes, service interruptions, pricing updates, or policy changes made by these third-party providers.
Reasonable revisions included within the original project scope will be carried out without additional charges.
Requests outside the approved scope shall be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
FTGS respects the confidentiality of all client information.
All confidential business information shared during the project will be treated with appropriate care and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary for service delivery.
While we strive to keep our website available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, hosting issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FTGS shall not be liable for:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
